European Markets Trade Mixed Mid-Session

European indices were showing divergent trends roughly three hours into their trading session as GIFT NIFTY reopened. FTSE 100 was trading at 10,252.07, up 19.00 points or 0.19%, extending modest gains through the afternoon. Germany's DAX was marginally higher at 24,311.71, adding 4.29 points or 0.04% in a largely flat performance.

France's CAC 40 was the laggard among major European benchmarks, down 66.09 points or 0.81% to 8,046.48. The index faced pressure from losses in AXA, Veolia, and Renault, according to available market data. The divergence across European markets suggested selective sector rotation rather than broad directional conviction.

The broader Euro Stoxx 50 was trading around 5,911.53, down 1.02% as of its latest available quote, reflecting the mixed tone across eurozone blue-chips. European trading volumes and price action through the mid-session indicated cautious positioning ahead of the Wall Street open.
